Clare Flynn

A sharp marketing, innovation and commercial leader with a passion for new approaches.

 

With an enviable marketing and innovation track record, and always on top of the latest tools, techniques and technologies means Clare is a rare find. 

 

Clare began her management career at Procter & Gamble, spending 13 years working in the UK, France and finally the European headquarters where she was Category Manager. She has also held senior roles at some of the worlds' top marketing organisations including Group Marketing Director for United Biscuits and European Category Marketing Director for Kimberly-Clark.

 

After running her own consultancy practice for many years Clare decided to make a change and was persuaded to join innovation company, ?What If!, where she specialised in bringing innovation into the heart of organisations with sustainable structures and mechanisms to 'plumb it in'. Her clients included British Gas Business, HSBC, Foster's Australia, Unilever, BP, BT Financial, GE, BBC Worldwide and Boots.

 

Clare now works with organisations big and small, coaching leaders on strategy, marketing, innovation and commercial leadership in a shifting landscape. She also finds time to run the odd innovation and strategy project.
